Movie data, posters, and metadata are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) and other sources, and are subject to their respective terms.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
6. Subscriptions & Purchases
The Service includes optional in-app purchases and subscriptions, billed through Apple's App Store. All subscription management — including cancellation — is handled through your Apple ID settings. We do not have access to your payment information.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall My Movies & TV Shows be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Movies & TV Shows and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
